NEW YORK_A Brooklyn hospital where a patient died in a waiting room will undergo improvements mandated by a consent decree aimed at settling litigation over conditions there.
The settlement announced Friday calls for conditions at the Kings County Hospital to continue to be monitored by a federal judge for five years.
